Qualifications: Hold a Medical Degree or an Osteopathic Degree from an accredited college or university approved by the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association (AMA).

Shall have been actively practicing as a Board Certified Family Practice Physician for the past three (3) years. CPR certification is required.

Foreign medical graduate physicians shall possess a valid certificate from the Educational Council for Foreign Medical Graduates.
